Integrative Counselling
Tailored counselling consisting of 3 counselling approaches:
• Humanistic (person-centered)
• ExistentialÂ
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Integrative counselling is open ended, with regular check in’s.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A more structured and directive form of counselling. CBT is short term, usually ranging from 6-12 sessions, although this can be modified.
Life Coaching
1-to-1 sessions to help establish goals and provide support to make individuals happier through changes in their lifestyle.
Solution Focused Session
A one-off session using methods of CBT and Life Coaching to support individuals through a specific event, issue or problem.
All services are offered as face-to-face, virtually or telephone.
Based in Blackwater, Camberley.
